bdqk Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Use of the Platform

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bdqk", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the bdqk platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://bdqk.io.
• "Platform" means the bdqk website, mobile interface, games lobby, sportsbook, live casino, and all associated services and tools available at bdqk.io.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the bdqk Platform.
• "Account" means a registered user account created on the bdqk Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Funds" means any real-money balance deposited into or held within a User's bdqk Account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, cashback amount, or other non-cash incentive credited to a User's Account pursuant to a bdqk promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered on eligible games before they may be withdrawn as real-money Funds.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the reference time zone for all bdqk operational and promotional deadlines.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bdqk Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, the bdqk Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time. These documents are incorporated by reference and form one complete agreement between you and bdqk.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing and using the Platform. Continued use of bdqk following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the bdqk Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. bdqk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close an Account pending verification. Any winnings accrued by an underage user will be forfeited in full.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The bdqk Platform is directed at players located in Bangladesh. Users located in a Prohibited Territory are not permitted to register, deposit, or participate in any activity on the Platform. It is the User's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing online betting services is lawful in their jurisdiction. bdqk accepts no liability for Users who access the Platform in breach of applicable local law.

3.3 Single Account Rule

Each individual User may hold only one registered Account on the bdqk Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether opened in the same name, using the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — are strictly prohibited. bdqk may merge or close duplicate accounts and may withhold any funds or bonuses associated with them pending investigation.

3.4 Capacity

By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are of sound mind, not acting under duress, and that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of Bangladesh or your country of residence.

4 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Information

When creating a bdqk Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. bdqk reserves the right to verify any information provided and to request supporting documentation at any stage.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. All transactions and activities carried out through your Account — including any unauthorised activity — are your responsibility unless you have notified bdqk of a security breach as described in clause 4.3 below.

4.3 Reporting Security Breaches

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the bdqk support team immediately at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid security breach report, bdqk will suspend the Account pending investigation. bdqk is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the User has failed to notify us promptly.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

bdqk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identity documents — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — together with proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension. bdqk processes all KYC documentation in accordance with the bdqk Privacy Policy.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

bdqk currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Specific minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds are displayed in the Account cashier section.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your bdqk Account in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to appear in your Account balance. bdqk charges no platform fees on any deposit method. Third-party charges levied by your payment provider are your responsibility.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by the bdqk payments team following verification of the request. Standard processing times for bKash and Nagad withdrawals are between one (1) and four (4) hours from approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days. VIP members receive priority withdrawal processing. bdqk reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

5.4 Own-Account Requirement

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party payments — whether incoming or outgoing — are strictly prohibited. Any Account found to be using third-party payment methods may be suspended and associated funds may be withheld pending investigation.

5.5 Currency

All transactions on the bdqk Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If your payment method operates in a different currency, conversion fees may apply at the rate determined by your payment provider. bdqk does not apply its own currency conversion surcharges.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Rules

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the bdqk Platform are subject to these Terms and any specific promotion terms published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied. The Wagering Requirement applicable to each promotion is stated in the relevant promotion terms, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means the Bonus Funds must be wagered thirty times). Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements — contribution percentages by game category are published in the promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

All Bonus Funds and associated free spins or free bets carry an expiry date stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them that remain unwagered at the expiry date will be forfeited automatically without notice.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

bdqk employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets solely to satisfy Wagering Requirements (e.g., by wagering both sides of an outcome), or exploiting an error in a promotional configuration. Where bonus abuse is detected, bdqk reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds, reverse associated winnings, and close the Account.

6.5 VIP Programme

The bdqk VIP programme is available to eligible players and confers additional benefits including elevated withdrawal limits, priority support, and exclusive seasonal promotions. VIP status is awarded at bdqk's discretion and may be withdrawn if a User's activity falls below the applicable threshold or if the User breaches any provision of these Terms.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the bdqk sportsbook are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market, which are accessible within the sportsbook interface. In general, bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for domestic cricket, the ICC for international fixtures). bdqk reserves the right to void any bet placed on a suspended, cancelled, or void event.

7.2 Live In-Play Betting

In-play bets are accepted at bdqk's discretion. Odds for live markets are updated in real time and may be suspended at any time. bdqk is not responsible for connectivity or latency issues that affect a User's ability to place or modify an in-play bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User.

7.3 Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot games on the bdqk Platform are provided by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Red Tiger, and Play'n GO. The rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the respective game provider and displayed within the game interface. bdqk does not alter game mechanics or RTP values.

7.4 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or bet, the outcome of the affected round or bet will be voided and any wager placed will be refunded to the User's Account. bdqk's decision on game malfunction disputes is final, subject to the escalation process described in clause 14.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdqk Platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Funds and Bonus Funds, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Opening more than one Account, whether in your own name or under any alias.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any unlawful financial purpose.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the functioning of the Platform or its infrastructure.

9 Responsible Gaming

bdqk is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help Users maintain control over their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all registered Users directly from their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and prevent re-registration for a minimum of six (6) months.

10 Intellectual Property

All content available on the bdqk Platform — including but not limited to the bdqk brand name, logo, software, user interface design, game assets supplied by third-party providers, text, graphics, data compilations, and marketing materials — is protected by applicable intellectual property law and is the exclusive property of bdqk or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, scrape, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any Platform software; use bdqk trademarks or branding without written consent; or create any derivative work based on Platform content.

Any intellectual property rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by bdqk.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by bdqk is governed by the bdqk Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

bdqk collects personal data necessary to provide the Platform's services, process transactions, verify identity, comply with legal obligations, and improve the user experience. All data is processed securely using 256-bit SSL encryption. bdqk does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory bodies only to the extent necessary for the provision of services or compliance with law.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdqk's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdqk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions — even if bdqk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bdqk does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bdqk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date and, where practicable, notify registered Users via the contact method on file. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your remaining Account balance in accordance with clause 5.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bdqk Platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally in the first instance by contacting bdqk support at [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may escalate the matter through the applicable legal process. bdqk's decisions regarding bet settlements, account closures, and bonus disputes are made in good faith and are final unless overturned through the formal dispute process.
